- The biggest thing you lose when you let go of the office is people talking to each other outside of work related needs. The human interaction of getting to know someone personally disappears.
- The hardest part about remote working is that it makes creating relationships with your co-workers more difficult than normal.
- You want to continue to support remote workability for your employees. This allows them to work in an environment they are comfortable with and work more productively.
- You can create a call with your co-workers where you mute yourselves the entire time, and just casually do your work and you can unmute to talk about life.
- Employee retention is something that many companies struggle with but it can be solved by having a work environment that people enjoy heading into.
