It really doesn’t matter what the situation is; when we talk with people who are frustrated about not reaching their goals, the underlying reason is that they are not putting in the consistent, intentional work.

Before you get upset with us and close this message while cursing us, hear us out.

Tony Robbins has said:

“In essence, if we want to direct our lives, we must take control of our consistent actions. It’s not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently.”

Our coaches, mentors and clients did not get where they are by getting lucky.

They put the work in, even when they had every reason why they didn’t have the X (time, knowledge, money, etc.) BECAUSE they had someone holding them accountable.

Someone they had to answer to, who insisted they explain away their WHY. Out loud.

Week in and week out, that is the common denominator in every single success story.

The second common denominator is this: For every success story with accountability, the chances for that success were only as strong as the team leader they had leading. Putting the work in wasn’t wholly dependent on the business owner.

The business owner’s “work” was the ideation, activation and vision.

The team members’ “work” was the implementation, R&D and project management.

So, if you are ready to really put the work in and do it consistently, with accountability and with the resources available to support your team every step of the way….

Join us in The Team Empowerment Academy to learn how to get consistent, deliberate and intentional – with us as your built-in weekly “accountability cops.”
