Before Taking Molly’s course I was uncertain and did not have the confidence I needed as a Paralegal. I had just started a new specialty and was starting again from what felt like the ground up. When I began taking the course each lesson began to relate to me and the experiences that I had in the past. Back then I did not have the skills Molly was teaching in her course on how to address and overcome certain situations. I found that I was kicking myself for making the very mistakes she would speak about what not do in certain situations. Learning how to navigate difficult conversation with your Attorney and having the tough conversation with fellow team members were skills I was severly lacking and it took away the confidence I had as a Paralegal. As I began to learn these skill in her course I began to gain the confidence to speak up and voice my opinions which were positively received unlike what I imagined the conversations would go. I slowly began to have hope that things could change and I did not have to stay in this cycle of repeating same mistakes different places of employment. I can not thank Molly enough for providing skills that are not just applicable to my work but to my personal life as well. I could not wait to share with those around me the skills I was learning. I will forever be grateful for this opportunity I have been given to grow and expand my knowledge and confidence.
