The lessons cover many basic organizational and planning skills but also focus on mindset and learning how to shift into a highly proactive role in your firm.
I have also greatly appreciated the live sessions with Molly where we are free to ask specific questions on issues we are trying to improve or solve in our own firms. With access to many additional videos and trainings within the Academy, this program provides an unbelievable amount of continued education.
